Your tasks

  • You independently install and integrate larger and automated systems at our customers' sites as designed by your project manager
  • You will implement the service concept at our customers' sites by troubleshooting machine faults and maintaining systems
  • You also carry out customer training and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • You develop software-based packaging designs for customer products on a 2D basis and produce corresponding packaging samples
  • You configure and implement interfaces and ensure a smooth data flow
  • You document everything you do promptly and comprehensively in our systems

Your strengths

  • Due to your (electrical) technical training or a comparable qualification, you have sound specialist knowledge in the installation and technical service of automated systems
  • You are authorised to carry out electrical activities due to your education and/or further training
  • You have gained experience in PLC programming, have a high affinity for IT and are proficient in MS Office
  • Of course, you communicate confidently in English and enjoy intercultural interaction
  • Your way of working is analytical, independent, structured and process-oriented, your thinking and actions are customer- and service-oriented
  • You have a class B driving licence and enjoy business trips, which account for approx. 70 to 80 percent of your working hours and usually fall on weekdays (Mon.-Fri.)
