Your tasks

  • You ensure our European technical customer support via telephone and remote maintenance (level 1 to 2) (if necessary with the involvement of other departments/external partners)
  • You document and maintain relevant documents, customer-, project- and assignment-related information in our CRM (Salesforce) and other systems
  • You are responsible for the scheduling of our Field Service Engineers
  • You carry out root cause analysis by replicating problems on our machines and documenting your findings
  • You expand our database with your findings in order to share the knowledge with the team

Your strengths

  • You have an apprenticeship in the electrotechnical or mechatronic field or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in the relevant field and technical knowledge of hardware and software (e.g. knowledge of machine control systems)
  • You have experience in network technology and administration of Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP/Win7/W10/Server) and are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • You communicate confidently in English and enjoy intercultural interaction
  • You are characterised by customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
  • You have a strong motivation for proactive personal development and a high willingness to learn
  • You also have excellent teamwork skills and a pronounced "hands-on" mentality
